Perioperative Quality Leadership Position

The Perioperative Quality Leader will provide quality leadership for all services provided by the Perioperative Program, promoting fundamental improvements to quality management practices and enhancing overall quality performance. This role will work with the co-leadership and multidisciplinary teams to guide and implement process changes in support of quality and continuous quality improvement.
About You- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in quality improvement and patient safety.
- Applicants should have a minimum of five years' experience in a perioperative care setting, with a proven track record of quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent project management and coaching skills, with the ability to teach and transfer skills to all team members.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid NS driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Permanent Full Time; 75 hours bi-weekly.
- Site/location will be based on where the successful candidate resides within the Western Zone, at SSRH, VRH or YRH.
- This position requires regular travel to other sites, primarily within the Western Zone.
$50.19 hourly.
Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
