Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Experience and Strategy Manager to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our service experience and strategy initiatives, driving growth and innovation, and contributing to the development of our dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Readiness: Secure service readiness in all product launches for Powersports and Marine vehicles by following the key deliverables with the development process.
  • Service Experience: Develop a leading service experience to differentiate BRP from the competition, including but not limited to, EV products and initiatives.
  • Diagnostic Tools: Maintain and improve BRP vehicle diagnostic tools with a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Connectivity Initiatives: Build and lead the connectivity initiatives from the Service to increase the service retention and secure the clients experience worldwide.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a team that manages various development initiatives. Inspire, develop, and motivate staff to achieve their fullest potential while preparing for potential career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering.
  • Experience: 10+ years working in a service or aftersales function for a global manufacturing firm, 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Skills: Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce), PLM applications (PTC, Catia), proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments.
