Service Experience and Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Experience and Strategy Manager to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring service readiness in all product launches for Powersports and Marine vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service strategies to differentiate BRP from the competition
  • Secure service readiness in all product launches for Powersports and Marine vehicles
  • Maintain and improve BRP vehicle diagnostic tools
  • Build and lead the connectivity initiatives from the Service to increase service retention and secure the client experience worldwide
  • Build and lead a team that manages various development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering
  • 10+ years working in a service or aftersales function for a global manufacturing firm, 5+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce), PLM applications (PTC, Catia), proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments
