Service Experience and Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Experience and Strategy Manager to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring service readiness in all product launches for Powersports and Marine vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service strategies to differentiate BRP from the competition
- Secure service readiness in all product launches for Powersports and Marine vehicles
- Maintain and improve BRP vehicle diagnostic tools
- Build and lead the connectivity initiatives from the Service to increase service retention and secure the client experience worldwide
- Build and lead a team that manages various development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering
- 10+ years working in a service or aftersales function for a global manufacturing firm, 5+ years in a leadership capacity
- Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce), PLM applications (PTC, Catia), proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments
