Service Experience and Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Experience and Strategy Manager to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving service readiness and innovation across our product launches, developing a leading service experience to differentiate BRP from the competition, and maintaining and improving BRP vehicle diagnostic tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Secure service readiness in all product launches for Powersports and Marine vehicles by following the key deliverables with the development process
- Develop a leading service experience to differentiate BRP from the competition, including EV products and initiatives
- Maintain and improve BRP vehicle diagnostic tools with a strong service-oriented mindset
- Build and lead the connectivity initiatives from the Service to increase the service retention and secure the clients experience worldwide
- Build and lead a team that manages various development initiatives, inspiring, developing, and motivating staff to achieve their fullest potential while preparing for potential career advancement opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering
- 10+ years working in a service or aftersales function for a global manufacturing firm, 5+ years in a leadership capacity
- Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce), PLM applications (PTC, Catia), proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments
