Employee Assistant Program

As a Server, your day will be filled with opportunities to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

  • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take orders accurately and answer any questions about the menu.
  • Offer recommendations and provide information about daily specials.
  • Address guest concerns and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Your Experience and Skills:

We're looking for a polished, high-energy individual with a passion for creating excellent dining experiences.

  • Minimum of two to three years' experience in a server role is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written (via phone and in-person).
  • Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages.
  • A positive, upbeat attitude with the ability to work well under pressure within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill a variety of opening or closing duties.
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 5 hours in length and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
