The Project Coordinator works with Program Managers to identify and prioritize projects, coordinating information dissemination, education, and research activities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Health or Social Sciences, with 5 years of experience in project coordination, research, or policy analysis. They will possess knowledge of quality improvement, clinical practices, and project management, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and coordinating project execution, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines.
- Identifying, collecting, and analyzing project information, providing input and recommendations to project teams.
- Supporting project management and facilitation, identifying best strategies and activities for team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinating project team meetings, preparing documents, and presenting project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing communication plans and disseminating information through various mediums.
- Monitoring budget expenditures and reporting variances.
- Implementing approved recommendations from previous projects, research, and policy reviews.
