Shared Health seeks a skilled HR representative to work in a high-volume call centre and processing environment, providing information and resolving issues related to benefits, payroll, and recruitment.

Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer over 8,000 calls monthly, interacting with employees and other internal and external parties via email or telephone.
  • Provide information and resolve issues related to benefits, payroll, and recruitment.
  • Work to resolve complaints while achieving set productivity targets.
  • Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures as provided for under applicable legislation, union, and non-union guidelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience working with a computerized Payroll/HRIS system required.
  • Experience working in SAP, SuccessFactors, and Ivanti (or another intake ticketing system) preferred.
  • Previous call centre experience is preferred.
Education and Certification
  • Complete high school education, Manitoba standards, required.
  • Successful completion of the Canadian Payroll Association, Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or equivalent education from a recognized business certificate program required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Knowledge of ERP and other financial planning systems is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including active listening to assist customers.
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written required.
  • Ability to prioritize work flow, complete multiple tasks, manage time, and work independently.

  • May be required to work remotely.
