Chef(fe) de marque – Système nerveux central (SNC)
Relevant du associé.e commercialisation - SNC, le/la chef(fe) de produit sera responsable de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de plans stratégiques/tactiques clairs et réalisables, qui créeront un avantage concurrentiel et favoriseront l'adoption de notre produit du SNC.
Le/la Chef(fe) de marque favorisera une collaboration étroite avec l'équipe interfonctionnelle (par ex. L'accès au marché, Affaires gouvernementales, Étude de marché, Affaires médicales, Ventes, Formation, etc.) et dirigera le développement et la réalisation de stratégies de promotion multicanal intégrées conformément à la stratégie de la marque.
Afin de créer des plans alignés sur les besoins des client.e.s, le/la de marque doit rester au courant des idées des client.e.s, de la concurrence et des activités du marché, en utilisant l'interaction directe avec les client.e.s, les études de marché et les outils d'analyse avancés afin de prendre leurs décisions. Le/la de marque s'efforce d'atteindre les objectifs financiers et supervise la planification annuelle et trimestrielle, en suivant le budget et en donnant la priorité aux investissements pour stimuler la croissance.
Autres responsabilités principales comprennent, sans s'y limiter :
- Intégrer des informations dans la planification et l'exécution afin d'élaborer des stratégies d'engagement dynamiques et personnalisées au niveau du segment/de l'individu pour offrir aux client.e.s une expérience sans faille ;
- Établir et maintenir des liens étroits avec les responsables scientifiques, les parties prenantes internes/externes et les fabricants de produits ;
- Tirer parti de la technologie pour créer de la valeur ;
- Évaluer en permanence les performances en définissant des objectifs, des indicateurs de performance clés et des mesures solides ;
- Identifier et gérer des agences et des consultant.e.s externes.

Exigences du poste :
- Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe. Maîtrise est un atout.
- Solide expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique en lien avec le poste (c'est-à-dire les produits biologiques).
- Plusieurs années d'expérience en marketing pharmaceutique requises.
- Expérience en SNC souhaitée.
- Expérience en gestion de projet et en coentreprise, un atout.
- Compréhension des programmes de soutien aux patients (PSP).
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication (orale et écrite) et de présentation.
- Langue: Bilingue de préférence (anglais et français), car il/elle interagira avec les client.e.s et les employé.e.s à travers le Canada en tant que responsable de la marque.

Brand Manager – Central Nervous System (CNS)
Reporting to the Commercial Associate Director - CNS, the Brand Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic/tactical plans that are clear and actionable, which will create a competitive advantage and drive the uptake of our CNS product.
The Brand Manager will foster strong collaboration with the cross-functional team (e.g. Market Access, Policy, Regulatory, Market Research, Medical Affairs, Sales, Training, etc.) and will be leading the development and realization of the integrated multi-channel promotional strategies in accordance with the brand strategy.
In order to create plans aligned with customers' needs, the Brand Manager must remain current with customer insights, competition, and marketplace activities, utilizing direct customer interaction, market research and advanced analytics tools to drive decisions.
The Brand Manager strives to achieve financial objectives and oversees the annual and quarterly planning, keeping track of budget and prioritizing investments to drive growth.

- Incorporate insights into planning and execution to develop tailored and dynamic engagement strategies at segment/individual level to provide customers with a seamless experience.
- Build and maintain close liaison with scientific leaders, internal/external stakeholders and product manufacturers.

- Understanding of Patient Support Programs (PSP).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Language: Bilingualism preferred (EN & FR) as candidate will interact with customers and employees across Canada as the Brand lead.
