About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Mobility Coordinator to join our team. As a Mobility Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of customers and their vehicles, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers upon arrival and verify appointments
  • Complete Service Loaner Contracts with customers
  • Check loaners out/in with customers, explain features, and report any damage
  • Billing for loaner usage, damage, and tickets
  • Track loaner usage and coordinate Service Shuttles for customer drop off and pick up
  • Maintain quality control of all loaner vehicles
  • Oversee and coordinate all necessary repairs of loaner vehicles
  • Schedule and track loaner vehicles to ensure availability
  • Maintain, schedule, and track rental vehicles
  • Provide weekly status reports on the entire loaner fleet
  • Drive the courtesy shuttle when needed
  • Maintain the flow in the Service drive
  • Clerical duties such as balancing daily cash and bank deposits
Requirements:
  • Class 5 Driver's License
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with the Vancouver area
  • Previous experience working with fleet and loaner vehicles is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills (internet and MS Office suite proficiency)
  • Ability to work closely with a team
  • Self-motivated with the ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-stress environment
