Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Authentix, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and defining timelines and resources needed for new and existing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management tools and principles to ensure projects are completed within allotted time and budget.
  • Collaborate with the supervising director to manage multiple activities and projects effectively.
  • Track and review performance metrics and propose mitigation plans if necessary.
  • Establish standards for implementation and monitoring using excellent analytical skills and a comprehensive knowledge of project management practices and procedures.
  • Contribute to a strong team environment by assisting teammates in accomplishing mutual goals and supporting the overall positive team culture of the organization.
  • Communicate schedule considerations, deliverables, and needs to the supervising director.
  • Prepare, present, and monitor weekly and monthly status reports of R&D operation activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in R&D or engineering projects and related fields.
  • Familiarity with basic project management tools (Excel, MS Project, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of project management experience for high growth, high tech R&D companies.

Work Environment:

The work environment is a standard office/warehouse/lab setting. Employees may work under the stress of regular interdepartmental interaction and pressure to meet various deadlines.

Physical Demands:

The essential functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office/warehouse/lab setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and/or sit for prolonged periods of time; must be able to hear and verbally communicate in order to exchange information in person or over the phone; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach and twist; to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 25 pounds of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement; to occasionally travel to other locations using various modes of private or commercial transportation.
