Amazon seeks a Senior Instock Manager for Canada's Softlines business unit, responsible for optimizing inventory, supply chain, and operations to maximize customer experience and sales.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will develop and execute best practices in managing inventory, supply chain, and operations to maximize customer experience, sales, margin, instock rates, and inventory turns. This individual will ensure all inventory systems and processes meet business needs and implement controls around these processes.

  • Develop and execute best practices in managing inventory, supply chain, and operations
  • Ensure all inventory systems and processes meet business needs
  • Implement controls around inventory processes
  • Drive innovation in supplier partnerships and internal systems
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience with Excel
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience working with complex data sets
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques and experience with SQL are preferred.
