Job Title: Senior Instock Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Instock Manager to join our Canada Softlines business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing best practices in managing inventory, supply chain, and operations to maximize customer experience, sales, margin, instock rates, and inventory turns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize instock rates and reduce inventory costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvements in supply chain and operations
  • Lead the implementation of controls around inventory systems and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions
  • Manage and analyze complex data sets to inform inventory management decisions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or operations
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with SQL and statistical analysis
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
