Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Educator to join our team at St. Boniface Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing clinical education and training to nursing unit personnel, facilitating the learning process, and evaluating learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a clinical educational resource for nursing unit personnel
  • Facilitate the learning process and evaluate learning outcomes
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate unit-specific orientation programs
  • Participate in educational activities within the Department, Patient Care Portfolio, and Hospital
Requirements
  • Minimum two years recent acute medicine nursing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
  • Advanced Assessment Course required
  • CRNM registration required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active participation in professional associations e.g. Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM)
