The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating a 30-person service team to support North American users on their ERP platform.

MORE SPECIFICALLY

  • Manage incidents, facilitate usage, and suggest improvements on SAP for the finance and supply chain modules
  • Manage the department's performance (SLA, KPI)
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the department and escalate incidents to the appropriate groups
  • Ensure good collaboration and communication among the different team members
  • Write documentation and prepare presentations for the various management levels

PROFILE

  • 7+ years of experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager
  • Experience in an ERP environment
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Autonomy and ease of communication
  • Knowledge of SAP finance and supply chain modules (asset)
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
