The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in office administration and 3-5 years of related work experience. Previous experience in the engineering industry, finance, and accounting is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Deltek is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation of professional documents and proposals
  • Monitor project financials and follow up with project managers on scope changes and project closures
  • Provide accounting assistance, including accounts receivable and invoicing
  • Maintain opportunity databases and track opportunities with project managers
  • Generate reports and distribute to project management staff
  • Prepare agendas and attend management and project-related meetings
  • Set up projects and maintain file compliance to Egis standards
  • Assist with proposal preparation and coordination
