Senior Wedding Gown Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wedding Gown Designer to join our team at Ines Di Santo Corporation. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating breathtaking bridal creations that embody the essence of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze industry trends to develop innovative design concepts that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with our Design Director and Creative Director to select fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with our brand aesthetic.
  • Design and oversee the creation of new styles for our bi-annual collections, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Communicate design concepts to our pattern makers and development team, ensuring that they are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor samples and lead prototype fittings to ensure that our designs meet our high standards.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in bridal or eveningwear design.
  • Strong technical understanding of drape, pattern, and garment construction.
  • Creative understanding of finishings, embellishments, and engineering of fabric.
  • High taste level and great eye for color, silhouette, and proportion.
  • Passionate about design and innovation with a keen eye for nuance and detail.
