ACCOUNTABILITIES: E-RETAILING (RETAILER.COM + PUREPLAYS)

• Drive and pure plays businesses to achieve Fiscal sales goals. Identify individual accounts monthly sales targets and evaluate planning and initiatives as needed to meet sales goals

• Manage and grow existing online retailer partnerships and explore new opportunities with authorized retail partners

• Liaison with brands and the execution of seasonal online marketing plans for retail partners. Including, governance of digital assets and brand content (across devices), ensuring timely delivery to accounts. Familiarize with and distribute changes to the retailers' marketing calendars

• Create monthly retailer refresh calendars and execute to those calendars. Maintain and distribute changes to retailer refresh calendars

• Participate and co-lead monthly calls with each retailer and brand team to confirm Product Launch Worksheet details and boutique site updates.

• In partnership with the brand, ensure that proper investment is made to support business needs to also identify new programs and online opportunities

• Suggest and lead on partner site improvements for brands product merchandising and marketing to retail partners to showcase ELC brands in an optimal and competitive manner

• Conduct final user testing and quality assurance processes on all new retailer pages, applications, e-mails, offers and new products to ensure accuracy, browser compatibility and high-quality user experience

ACCOUNTABILITIES: DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER (BRAND.COM)

• Support the Corporate Ecommerce Team and multiple brands with online marketing strategies that will help drive sales, new customer acquisition and growth in the Canada market

• Partner with cross-functional teams, internally and externally, to help drive an OMNI-channel approach that considers the ever-changing consumer, customer landscape and media environment online – including digital and social programming

• Identify required support materials needed to execute Canada-specific programming

• Leverage available analytics to develop learnings and insights to help make strategic recommendations and a positive online experience across all channels – including ROI tracking, sales reporting, and forecasting

• Help sustain strong partnerships with all key internal and external stakeholders to ensure any actionable changes are executed accordingly in a timely manner

• Participate in regular touch bases and meetings to ensure any gaps and/or opportunities identified are executed accordingly

• Complete regular site audits to ensure accuracy of product information, content gaps/enhancements, promotions, and marketing effectiveness

• Complete competitive research daily to help identify trends

• Advocate for streamlined processes that will help create efficiencies and improve workflow

• Advocate best practices to ensure all programming and activations are executed optimally

ANALYSIS

• Ensure measurement and analyze online campaign metrics and advise appropriate adjustments to ensure maximum ROI

• Monitor and analyze retailers' website activities and report feedback and optimization

• Prepare and monitor a competitive review of other beauty brands presence, online marketing and social programs.

• Manage a monthly topline report across retailers for the channel (noting a business highlights) from retail community.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Ensure online projects/communication is in alignment with approved operational plan, budget, and schedule via projects

• Work closely with Ecommerce Director, NA Online teams, Brand Manager and marketing to drive online media integration across traditional communication plans and to coordinate to in store when needed

• Conceptualize and build strategies with off-line promotion/activities to drives online traffic

Qualifications


• Post-secondary degree/diploma required, preferably in Digital Commerce/Marketing

• 6+ years previous corporate/agency or work experience in cosmetics industry and retail environment preferred

• Proficient command of the English language, with strong written, oral and presentation skills

• A well-versed leader, who can adapt and build strong cross-functional with internal and external partners, plus ensure alignment in a matrixed organization

• Proven project management experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively

• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, who is organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail

• Must be a results-oriented, with strong work ethic and persistence to drive an initiative to completion; a "roll up the sleeves" attitude towards tackling a challenge, without compromising deadlines

• Strong business acumen with proficient understanding of metrics and reporting, with an ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations

• Ability to identify and validate opportunities based on consumer trends, competitive research, developed insights and best practices

• Understanding of web technologies and production processes involved in online development

• Proficient in MS Office – including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, web analytics programs)

• Ability to maintain professionalism always and must be a brand advocate and team player

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $86,600 to $129,600. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
