Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Protection Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and effective work environment for all customers, associates, visitors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct daily patrols of the facility to ensure store security and validate that doors and showcases are secure and functioning properly.
  2. Make external arrests when necessary and investigate instances of financial and physical shrink.
  3. Communicate findings to Store Leadership and, in cases of internal matters, to the Market Loss Prevention Manager.
  4. Support store evacuation procedures in case of fire or other emergency.
  5. Participate in store task team responsibilities as required and conduct investigations as assigned.
  6. Effectively communicate information from different sources and clarify issues for others.
  7. Other responsibilities may be added to this position as the needs and requirements of the Company increase.
