At Loblaw Companies Limited, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Asset Protection Specialist to join our team.

As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to all internal and external customers. You will also respond to Gatekeeper alarms and receipt checks as required, assess safety hazards, and maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all internal and external customers.
  • Respond to Gatekeeper alarms and receipt checks as required.
  • Assess safety hazards and take proper procedures to ensure customer safety.
  • Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a retail environment is preferred.
  • Ability to foster partnerships with store teams.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building relationships.
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm in high tension situations.
  • Ability to walk or stand in the same position for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
