We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Position. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers excellent career growth opportunities.
Job Description:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Plan and manage budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Determine staffing requirements and resolve problems that arise.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude.
- Client focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized and effective communication skills.
- Judgement and decision-making skills.
We offer a competitive wage of $30.00 per hour.
