Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Chevron Town Pantry. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our retail operations and ensuring that our stores provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform merchandise and pricing decisions
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and staff scheduling
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
