Medical Lab Technologist

Join our team at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services and make a difference in people's lives. As a Medical Lab Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely diagnostic testing and reporting.

About the Role:

  • Conduct a wide range of diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing
  • Perform, interpret, and release results while maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Identify incidents and non-conformities, and participate in the development of corrective action plans
  • Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new technology
  • Participate in problem-solving and workflow optimization

Requirements:

  • College diploma or University degree in Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent education and/or experience
  • CMLTO registration
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to maintain safety, patient privacy, and confidentiality standards
