Role Overview: Insurance Sales Consultant

In the capacity of an Insurance Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales objectives through providing quotes and generating new business referrals. Each day, you will foster enduring relationships with clients, ensuring the protection of their most valued assets.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering quotes and selling new insurance policies through various communication channels.
  • Assisting clients in securing their home and automobile insurance.
  • Cultivating and managing client relationships while striving to meet sales goals.
  • Following up on client accounts to address any outstanding matters.
  • Conducting outreach for new business opportunities and making timely renewal calls for existing clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • No prior experience is necessary; if unlicensed, we offer comprehensive training for suitable candidates.
  • A RIBO Insurance License is beneficial.
  • Competence in utilizing various computer applications.
  • Professional communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Previous experience in achieving sales targets in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.

Work Schedule: Full-time / 37.5 hours per week
