Position Overview

As a Sales Engineering Consultant at Novin Commercial Exchange Inc., you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our innovative products and our valued clients. Your expertise will help clients understand the benefits of our offerings and ensure their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Identify and reach out to potential clients to establish relationships.
  • Needs Assessment: Evaluate client requirements and resources to recommend suitable products or services.
  • Proposal Development: Create detailed reports and proposals that highlight the advantages of our solutions.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and manage sales agreements to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Pricing and Terms: Provide estimates or quotes regarding pricing, credit terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
  • Product Customization: Offer insights into product design to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs.
  • Post-Sale Support: Consult with clients after the sale to deliver ongoing assistance and support.
  • Training: Educate client staff on the operation and maintenance of our equipment.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any product or service-related issues that may arise.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment-related problems efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
