Join bioMerieux, a leading company in the field of in vitro diagnostics, as an Industry Account Manager - Pharma Quality Control. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and establishing growth of the current microbiology customer base and creating new business opportunities through the placement of instruments and reagents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to meet and exceed annualized sales objectives.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closes and accurate forecasting.
  • Optimize territory management by visiting customers regularly and documenting all relevant activities in CRM 360.
  • Increase penetration within existing accounts through commercial and relationship development.
  • Stay up-to-date on sales skills and knowledge of products, services, and customers through collaboration with sales management and marketing.
  • Keep the Sales Force CRM tool up-to-date with relevant information.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to pursue common goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and assistance in product lines as required.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business or Science.
  • Microbiology knowledge and/or knowledge of Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and/or operations preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record in capital sale equipment.
  • Knowledge of bioMerieux products preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Excellent sales skills and a history of proven sales success in complex projects.
  • Understanding of the sales process and sales analysis.
  • Very good organization, people, and communication skills.
  • Excellent presenting skills to all levels of decision makers.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to develop financial proposals.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple opportunities within a strategic territory.
  • Self-driven and strong capacity to influence.
