What is the opportunity?
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ServiceNow Product Leader who will lead and manage a team of ServiceNow Product Owners within the ServiceNow Center of Excellence and Innovation. The successful candidate in this role will possess a great attitude, and operate with a mindset of urgency, ownership, initiative, communication, service, and partnership.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive ServiceNow product development strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow Product Owners, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and ServiceNow partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to inform product development and innovation.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- 10+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in ServiceNow product development and management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving business growth through product development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
Nice-to-have:
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- ServiceNow certification.
