Ruminant Feed Sales Opportunity

New Life Mills is a Canadian-owned manufacturer of livestock nutrition with a strong commitment to providing high-quality feed products and services to the agricultural industry.

Job Overview

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sales and marketing of ruminant feed products, working closely with our experienced sales team to identify and contact prospective customers in the dairy and beef cattle sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in conducting market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and animal nutritionists to prepare presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Maintain customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Interest in ruminant nutrition, agriculture, and sales.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
