Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, providing personalized solutions and support
  • Process transactions and manage customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, driving revenue growth and branch performance
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, providing expert advice and guidance to customers
