We are seeking an Office Survey Technologist to join our team of 300+ talented and dedicated professionals delivering innovative and practical design solutions, approval strategies, and project management services to our clients in BC, AB, and ON.

The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and Land Surveyors to ensure survey procedures are followed and project expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Project Managers and Land Surveyors to ensure survey procedures are followed and project expectations are met.
  • Provide office support and prepare drawings for various types of surveys.
  • Conduct land title office research.
  • Work with clients in a professional manner.
  • Field data processing and survey computations.
  • Ensure collected data is accurate and standard survey procedures have been followed.
  • Assist in training and developing new team members.

Requirements:

  • Survey Technology Diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years' experience in legal survey setting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of dependability, technical ability and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Civil 3D, including 3D solids.
  • Working knowledge of StarNet.
  • Familiarity with Leica Infinity and Microsurvey is an asset.
  • Familiarity with TopoDOT is an asset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $76,960 to $89,440 per year, commensurate with experience, skillsets, and qualifications.
