Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at ATL Senior Living. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to maximize productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting and inventory control
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Organized
  • Reliability
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
