Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at the St-Laurent Shopping Centre. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with the divisional sales manager and human resources team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Utilize your business acumen and analytical thinking to drive positive results and achieve sales targets.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
- Results-oriented leader with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to drive positive results and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
