Job Title: Sales Floor Associate Job Description:

As a Sales Floor Associate at Walmart, you will provide exceptional customer service and assist in sales floor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Zoning the department to ensure efficient merchandise placement.
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain a fresh and appealing store environment.
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to meet customer expectations.
  • Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food handling, and sanitation procedures.
  • Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups, markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
  • Ensuring the department is fully stocked with merchandise and ready for business.
  • Following Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Compensation:

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $17.85, with opportunities for pay increases based on relevant experience.
