About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Linamar Corporation. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing high-quality business systems and managing project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope and objectives
  • Develop and document business requirements
  • Plan, design, and implement business processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve business issues
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and provide recommendations
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Mentor junior business analysts
Requirements
  • University degree in computer science, information science, or a related field
  • Minimum of six years of experience in a business analyst or IT project management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
