QA Manager for Healthcare Testing
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manager with extensive Healthcare testing experience to lead testing efforts for projects involving Facets and Facets - Claims modules.
About the Role
- Lead testing efforts for projects involving Facets and Facets - Claims modules.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the testing process.
- Work with different stakeholders to strategize, design, and plan the execution of test cases related to Azure Cloud migration.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze different business process areas for automation feasibility and develop automation scripts with automation tools using Selenium Web Driver and Java/Python based framework.
- Contribute in building test automation frameworks.
- Monitor and track testing progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.
- Support user acceptance testing and provide assistance to end-users.
Requirements
- 10 to 14 years of IT experience focused on QA software testing preferably in a Healthcare domain.
- Strong expertise in Healthcare Facets and Facets - Claims modules.
- Extensive experience in the Payer domain.
- Proven track record of leading testing efforts in complex projects.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and techniques.
- Exposure to MS Azure Cloud migration projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge in Java and Python languages.
- Hands-on experience in Selenium and Playwright.
- Understanding of Robotic process Automation.
- Experience in Github and CICD pipeline.
Hybrid Working Arrangements
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON location.
