Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Supervisor to oversee the Quality Assurance team in our Mississauga, ON location. This role is responsible for ensuring that all programs, policies, procedures, and processes are being adhered to.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise the activities of the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with established procedures and processes.
  • Review and audit departmental reports on a daily basis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the enforcement and application of established QA procedures by planning, scheduling, and supervising the execution of inventory cycle counts, audits, and adjustments.
  • Participate in daily workplace inspections to highlight and address safety concerns.
  • Manage the area's scheduling and staffing to meet workload demands.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, development, coaching, and performance appraisal process for all team members in the area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for daily PTS submission, bi-weekly payroll documents, and verification of hours worked.
  • Responsible for reviewing and updating departmental SOPs as required.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of various inventory reports and their regular distribution to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support to QA team members and assist in solving inventory problems.
  • Participate in the formulation of QA procedures and practices.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Location

This position is located at our Mississauga, ON store, which can be reached via public transportation.
