Software Engineer

Join our team as a Software Engineer and contribute to the development of innovative industrial applications. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with technology and business experts to deliver professional solutions within budget and schedule.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, and testing software applications for production data acquisition and management
  • Integrating with ERP and/or process control systems using various protocols such as OPC, SQL, and MQTT
  • Developing reports for various functions, including batch release, process performance, alarm and audit trail, and data analytics
  • Collaborating with customers to ensure required network connectivity and hardware is in place
  • Participating in the installation and start-up of systems or applications, remotely or at the customer site
  • Performing qualification processes in accordance with industry rules and regulations
  • Supporting customer SDLC requirements
  • Working with project managers to stay within budget and schedule
  • Coordinating with customers to develop and implement SDLC
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in software or other related technical engineering discipline
  • Good communication and fluency in English, spoken and written
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify testing requirements
  • Experience in customer service and technical support
  • Ability to execute tasks on-time and within budget
  • Basic understanding of network connectivity and devices
