Seeking experienced sales professional to drive sales growth and develop strategic account plans for Adobe's Digital Marketing product lines.

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through software solution selling capabilities and direct customer interaction. You will build relationships at all levels, navigate customer organizations, and guide customers in achieving successful starts with Adobe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach business strategically and set multi-year north star vision and strategy for your business.
  • Identify and achieve path to sales plan, and be an innovative and resilient problem solver.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to uncover company-viable solutions.
  • Build strong executive relationships across multiple fields.
  • Identify and gain alignment from customer on compelling business issue to be addressed.
  • Demonstrate industry expertise, thought leadership, and grasp of macro-economic environment.
  • Articulate Adobe's story, unique value proposition, and how Adobe's solutions align with customer's vision and solve customer's business issue.
  • Lead, collaborate, and orchestrate Adobe's entire Ecosystem and Partners to drive outcomes.
  • Manage large, sophisticated sales processes internally and externally.
  • Meet sales quota and run efficient business.
  • Advance and close sales opportunities through successful execution of sales strategy and roadmap.
  • Build strong account plans and lead regular account planning meetings.
  • Follow a well-adapted approach to maintaining a rolling 4Q pipeline.
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 5 to 7+ years of experience selling solutions to Marketing, IT, and brands or lines of business in large enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, partnering with other Adobe teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital experience technologies and SaaS within the Retail and Travel and Hospitality space.
  • Validated Sales Excellence and creative, problem-solving approach.
