Job Title: Actuarial Analyst - GI Pricing

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Analyst to join our GI Pricing team, responsible for establishing rating strategies and monitoring rate levels to ensure business objectives are met.

About the Role:

  • Determine rating levels and classification criteria to achieve growth and profitability objectives
  • Participate in the production of regulatory rate change submissions
  • Implement rate changes and support best practices to mitigate risk
  • Contribute to the development of tools and analysis techniques

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of actuarial experience in Property & Casualty
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Sciences or related field
  • Completion of all preliminary professional exams of Casualty Actuarial Society
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including SAS, VBA, R, and Python
  • Predictive modeling skills
  • Solid organizational and communication skills
  • Aptitude for analytical and synthetic thinking
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to work in a team
