**Snyk is seeking a VP, Engineering, Product Infrastructure to lead the development of a deeply integrated platform that provides a consistent experience across its products.**

Snyk is a developer-first application security company that helps developers find bugs that will become security issues as early in the development lifecycle as possible. The company has been on a journey to move from a suite of products to a deeply integrated platform with a rich and consistent experience that can pull together intelligence from multiple products.

The VP, Engineering, Product Infrastructure will be responsible for building the key primitives that provide a consistent experience across Snyk's products, including billing, the core workflow engine, and integrations with Source Control Management systems. They will also identify places where a consistent experience is needed and ensure that the company begins engineering programs to standardize on single implementations of those elements.

The role will involve working to seamlessly blend the data from Snyk's products into a single experience at the UI and API layer, while grounding these findings in deep context about why they are important. The VP will also drive execution of Snyk's vision to help become a Developer governance platform that allows security and platform engineering to influence developers to build better code.

The VP will be responsible for building an excellent team to deliver on this mission and ensuring that they continue to grow and thrive at Snyk. This includes developing an environment where all of Snyk's people can thrive.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing an organization of 150+ and will have a strong ability to drive execution by ensuring that key programs have strong cross-functional plans. They will also have the ability to build long-term strategy for the organization and ensure that this long-term strategy is operationalized by near-term milestones.
