Requirements Analyst, Infrastructure Engineer

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Requirements Analyst to join our Integrated Engineering Technology Solutions (IETS) department. As a Requirements Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining requirements for our projects, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Review and apply company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in performed work.
- Provide feedback to assist in the development and updates of company SOPs.
- Review and apply Requirements Management (RM) processes, including ISO 29148, ISO 15288, and INCOSE Handbook.
- Assist in the development of a comprehensive Functions List, Systems Breakdown Structure, and Requirements Repository.
- Maintain up-to-date Requirements Repository in Enterprise Solution RM Tool.
- Perform PDF Conversions, RVTM development, and general Requirements Management maintenance activities.
- Provide adequate training and support to project teams as required.
- Contribute towards integrative solutions between company teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years' systems engineering experience with a year of utilizing Requirements Management Tools.
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering fundamentals, including V-model lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Requirements Management practices in accordance with ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148 and ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288.
- INCOSE ASEP Certification - preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Smartsheet.
- Dedication to learn and apply Requirements Management concepts and best practices.
- Ability to organize, plan, and execute with logical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams within the company.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
