Overview

As a District Sales Manager with Spar Group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong partnerships with national retailers and independent dealers in the Lower Mainland. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop a scalable partnership strategy tailored to each partner's needs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute a comprehensive district plan
  • Secure meetings with decision-makers to discuss partnership options
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the overall strategy development of the EPP, one of the fastest-growing segments in our business
Requirements
  • Completed university degree or college diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in wireless and/or retail or dealer channel
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to find, develop, and close leads/partnerships
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills in a sales environment
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships
