**Job Description:**

Create and sell events for 6 locations on the West Coast, utilizing award-winning restaurants to drive business growth.

Operate and participate in daily operations of home base OEB, including opens, closes, and peak shift support.

Host meetings, generate leads, and close bookings through conventions, hotels, local guests, and events planners.

Plan and coordinate food and beverage ordering, menu planning, and staffing requirements for each event with the location Executive Chef.

Work with leadership team to set up and execute events, and with Ownership and franchisor on marketing strategies and software programs.

Maintain relationships with vendor partners, regular guests, and leadership teams.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Reliable means of transportation to commute to all locations.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role with a proven track record of sales successes.
