Seeking a Manager, Mental Health and Addictions Services to lead operational lines of sight, develop and execute business plans, and foster a client-centric culture in a Saskatchewan healthcare setting.

The Manager will partner with system leaders to achieve healthcare goals, support strategy through operational planning, and demonstrate strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership, supervision, and management in Mental Health and Addictions, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Services or equivalent degree.

Key responsibilities include developing partnerships, working cross-functionally, and supporting operations within the portfolio and across the organization.

The Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing operational and business plans, monitoring and reporting progress, and making course corrections as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, critical thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of diverse, culturally safe, and representative workforce practices.

The Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, adapting to and implementing change, and leading and coaching others.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a recognized human services field and be licensed and in good standing with the regulatory body, if applicable.
