Job Summary

Petro Service Limited is currently recruiting for a Car Wash Technician (or dual focus with Petroleum Service) to join its team in Newfoundland. The selected individual will be responsible for traveling to customer locations throughout the province to provide installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of car wash, chemical dispensers, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of car wash, chemical dispensers, and related equipment
  • Travel to customer locations throughout Newfoundland to provide services
  • Work independently with little supervision and as part of a team when required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of repairing and troubleshooting car wash equipment, and electrical knowledge and expertise
  • Experience with mechanical repair of high-pressure pumps, hydraulics, and compressors
  • Previous Mechanical or Electrical Experience, including certified tradespeople
  • High energy, self-motivated, and positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service Experience with the ability to multi-task
  • Minimum High School Education. Post-secondary education in electronics or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
  • Willingness to travel and work on-call (rotation) and overtime
