We seek to build a band of developers willing to contribute to the integration of interactive solutions using a variety of technologies, the internal development platform and the results of the work carried out in R&D. The main mission of this developer is to contribute to all stages of development projects and to bring their passion and expertise to our multidisciplinary multimedia projects.

Starting with a booming project or improving development tools, typical responsibilities look like:

Supervise and mentor the development team of a project.

Define development activities in accordance with the technical specifications defined by the software architect.

Work closely with the software architect and product owner to define future goals and contribute to software design activities.

Participate in project planning activities.

Ensure that the code produced by the team of developers meets the technical specifications (code reviews, unit tests, etc.).

Assist the team of developers in their daily tasks

Program modules in accordance with established standards and ensure that the development carried out integrates well with the existing system.

Design and develop micro services within a complex architecture.

Design and implement solutions to prevent software failures while perfecting applications.

Use proper programming techniques to ensure a stable environment, the quality, effectiveness and relevance of all codes.

Qualifications, skills and competencies needed to contribute to current needs:

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science + 10 years of professional experience in back-end and web development (or combination of skills deemed equivalent).

Software development leadership experience.

Tech language needed: Python, , container system (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.), RESTful API, Asset: GCP/Azure/AWS cloud platforms (with us, being open to learning various languages ​​is a prerequisite).

Soft-skills: Leadership, teamwork and collaboration, rigor, methodology, organization, autonomy.

Experience in Scrum agile methodology.

Able to communicate in French (working language) and English; Frenglish is also accepted ;)
