Achievements and stimulating challenges:

As a front-end software developer, you will play a key role in the development and optimization of our graphical interfaces. Your responsibilities will include participation in the functional analysis of graphical interface needs and the implementation of innovative solutions and their testing within our products.

Working as part of an international team, you will collaborate closely with our experts based in Montreal to offer users an immersive experience, the goal being to improve the control and visualization of our complex systems. This position requires an excellent ability to communicate and to work effectively across time zones to ensure smooth and productive collaboration.

Main duties:

  • Develop graphical interfaces in line with the models provided;
  • Guarantee compliance with coding rules to ensure the quality and maintainability of the code;
  • Offer elegant and high-performance display solutions for visualizing data exchanged with OPAL-RT simulators;
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the development chain dedicated to graphical interfaces;
  • Collaborate closely with systems and software architects to define APIs between graphical interfaces and simulation systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: Engineering degree in computer science or software;
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in graphical interface development;
  • Required knowledge: TypeScript, React, REST APIs, CSS, Git;
  • Knowledge of the following tools/libraries (Assets): WebSockets, , Playwright, Vite, Golang, MATLAB/Simulink;
  • Language abilities: Mandarin, advanced/professional level in English;
  • Soft skills: Demonstrate autonomy and initiative, have good organizational skills, enjoy working in a team.
