Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our Commercial Construction team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling products related to concrete repair and protection, flooring, masonry mortars, and stucco/EIFS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients and distributors to present our products and provide technical advice on product selection and application.
  • Assist the Regional Sales Manager or Territory Manager in contract reviews with distributors and clients.
  • Develop and establish new clientele, increasing market share and growth.
  • Analyze the competition and defend our sales position.
  • Ensure clients are directed to Customer Service to place orders.
  • Perform other related tasks while adhering to Sika Canada Inc.'s quality assurance and environmental management procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • At least two years prior sales experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and develop engaged customer relationships.
  • Excellent time and territory management skills.
  • Persuasive, sales-driven, customer-focused, and a team player.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and smartphones.
  • Must maintain a professional business appearance in accordance with Sika dress policy.
  • Career advancement may require domestic and/or global mobility.
