Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medicine department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interprofessional team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the education and training of nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interprofessional team.
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care and make sound clinical decisions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
