Endo is currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will engage customers at retail locations, provide product information, and demonstrate the benefits of our credit card and loyalty program to drive sales. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Salary:
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $31.00 per hour.
- Potential $4.00/hour bonus based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers at retail locations to promote the credit card and loyalty program.
- Provide product information and inform customers of special promotions.
- Show customers how they can save money on everyday expenses through incentives.
- Assist customers with signing up for the credit card and loyalty program.
- Establish positive relationships with store management.
- Work in various locations across the GTA region on a weekly basis.
Schedule:
- Full-time and Part-Time positions available.
- Full-time - 5 days per week. Part-time - 2-3 days per week.
- Shifts available from 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM with 1 hour of paid travel time.
Requirements:
- G License and own vehicle required.
- Criminal background check and credit check will be completed.
- Passionate individual with a quick learning ability to share key messages about financial products.
- Proven customer service and sales experience in a retail setting
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team or independently.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.
