Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare made-to-order food items to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Operational Excellence: Follow Tim Horton's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist other members of the team when needed and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Cash Handling: Perform light cash handling duties, including processing guest transactions, counting cash, closing/opening registers, and participating in cash audits.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean and organized at all times, and manage waste effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years' experience working in the food and beverage industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both French and English required.
  • Education and Certifications: Serve Safe and First Aid an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, push, pull min. 30 lbs.
